Two-day workshops on building marketing strategy for students of postgraduate studies
What is a marketing strategy in practice and how to build it? What are the new challenges related to the change of market reality? How to manage profitable consumer relations and what are the new trends in sale? Answers to these and many other questions were given during two-day workshops conducted by the ICAN Institute, the editor of a prestigious month periodical Harvard Business Review Polska.
The workshops were carried out on 27th – 28th of November 2015 and they were open for all the students of postgraduate studies for agriculture advisors organised within the Competence Center PUŁAWY in cooperation with the Agriculture and Biology Department of Warsaw University of Life Sciences. These were additional workshops beyond the standard program of studies, totally sponsored by the Azoty Group Zakłady Azotowe „Puławy” and the Competence Center PUŁAWY. – Contemporary agriculture includes a huge technological progress which requires a complex knowledge and skills. Agricultural advisors will need that knowledge on a specialised level. In our opinion it is the project management that will increase the economical efficiency and growth of competitiveness of our agricultural entreprises. Hence the idea of additional studies directed towards the marketing issues. – said Zenon Pokojski Ph.D., the coordinator of the Competence Center PUŁAWY.
The classes were given by Agnieszka Węglarz-Strateg, an expert with many years of experience in marketing and brand management as well as strategy building and marketing solutions in the field of marketing mix.
During the two-day workshops the participants gained practical knowledge concerning, most of all, best practices applied in strategy building and building marketing models as well as strategic sale and client relations management. After completing the workshops the participants receive certificates of Harvard Business Review Polska.
